About Me

Hi! I'm Catherine and this is my website. I am a Leaving Cert student based in Ireland. I have an avid interest in web development and computer programming and am currently taking the Front End Engineering Course on Codecademy.

Languages I have learned so far include HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. I am also taking a course in Computer Science and hope to learn about C programming too.

Next year I intend to do a General Engineering degree in college. My other interests include horse-riding, music and surfing.

Responsive Club Website

In this project I made a responsive website for a local club using HTML and CSS.
I used Responsive Design eg. units like em and rem, as well as @media queries.
I used images from Unsplash and a colour palette created in Coolers.

Company Home Page

In this project I made a home page for a sports photography company using HTML and CSS.
I used flexbox to create this website.
I also created a simple colour scheme with Coolers, sourced images from Unsplash and imported fonts from Google fonts.
